Preventative Maintenance & Servicing
A complete preventative maintenance service for commercial kitchens, both scheduled and as required.
Regular servicing catches worn parts before they fail in the middle of service. We look after hospitals, Defence sites, hotels, clubs, aged care, education and corporate kitchens on scheduled programs, and service individual items as required.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with weekend and after-hours breakdown callouts

- Burner, pilot and flame failure checks
- Thermostat and temperature calibration
- Door seals, gaskets, hinges and handles
- Dishwasher temperature, dosing and descaling checks
- Combi oven steam, cleaning and water system checks
